Who processes your data

What data we process

Only the data you enter yourself in the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the information you share in your message about what you're looking for, your budget, and your preferred region.

This website doesn't use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or profiling. No third-party analytics script is loaded.

What we use it for

• To answer your question and schedule an introductory call
• To carry out the buying guidance, if you become a client
• To comply with legal record-keeping obligations

The legal basis is your consent (ticking the box on the form) and, once there's an assignment, performance of that agreement.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of twelve months. Client data is kept for as long as the statutory retention periods require.

Who we share it with

Only when necessary for your assignment and always in consultation: for example with a lawyer, building surveyor, or notary you engage. We never sell data and don't share it with advertisers. Our website and email run with a hosting provider within the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, and you can withdraw given consent at any time. Send us an email to do so; we respond within thirty days. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security

The website runs entirely over a secure connection (HTTPS). Form data is sent by email to our own inbox and isn't stored in a database on the website.
